- What We Do: We build an accurate virtual model of the interior space using measurements, sketches and photos provided by you.
- What you get: Downloadable image files featuring first perspective renderings, focusing primarily on any points of interest. PDF files of relevant technical drawings(floor plans, wall elevations, etc.)

16 hour minimum charge
- What We Do: We create a highly detailed 3D virtual model featuring furniture, fixtures and equipment selections provided by you. Multiple iterations can be composed for selection and layout comparison.
- What you get: Downloadable image files featuring photorealistic first perspective renderings, PDF files of relevant technical drawings(floor plans, wall elevations, etc.) Access to a cloud based interactive 3D model where you can view and “move” around the space through a mobile device.

- What We Do: We come to your project location to gather physical dimensions, photos and necessary information about existing structures. We then use that information to draw a basic floor plan of the existing space.
- What you get: A PDF file of a highly accurate 2D floorplan depicting existing-conditions layout.
This service can be purchased as a stand-alone or bundled with another service of choice.

I want something to show contractors for price shopping: Professional project presentation.
2 hour minimum charge
· What We Do: Compile photos, rendered images, technical drawings and specified Furniture, Fixture and Equipment selections into a complete templated document.
· What you get: One complete PDF file of the project plan that can be presented to contractors for estimates. A printed copy may be procured upon request for an additional fee.
This service can be purchased as add-on, bundled with another service of choice.
